Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture. If you place an order or save delivery details, we collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, city, province, and postal code you provide. We also keep order details such as items, quantities, and order status.

The store saves your cart, wishlist, and display preference in your browser so they remain available when you return. A sign-in cookie keeps your account session active.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, maintain your account, prepare and deliver orders, remember your preferences, respond to support requests, and protect the store from misuse. We do not use Google sign-in to access your Google contacts, Gmail, Drive, or other Google content.

Storage and service providers

Account and order records are stored in MongoDB. The website and backend run on hosting infrastructure, and Google Identity Services verifies Google sign-ins. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We may share the delivery information needed with a courier to fulfil an order, or disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and browser storage

The account session uses an HttpOnly cookie that expires after seven days; it is marked Secure on production HTTPS sites. Cart, wishlist, theme, and checkout convenience data may be stored in your browser. You can clear browser storage or cookies in your browser settings; clearing the session cookie signs you out.

How long we keep information

We keep account and order information while it is needed to operate your account, fulfil and support orders, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information. Some order records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes.

We use access controls and secure session cookies to help protect account information. No website or data transfer can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us if you think your account has been used without permission.
